My colleague decided to invite me to her daughter's wedding without telling me first that it is her daughter's wedding. i have been dupped. :o

that scroll worth 15 hours of my life...

they first announced the scroll giving out on saturday... i afk-ed in game for 9 hours (cause i went out) and when i came home, i got nothing... only to discover it will be postponed on the next day.

meaning i have to afk again cause sunday church service wont end till 2pm and time to reach home ... will be too late. i afk-ed 6 hours...

finally gotten the scroll.

im quite lucky cause my Aran dont need the scroll, as there is no changes to the skill points in aran. but my xbm dire need of the scroll. now i can enjoy spamming ultimate strafe which a skill only xbm has.. which is shooting 6 arrows at 1 time.

so on the eve of my birthday, i gotten myself a new toy... a new laptop.

its an acer 4750G. i've been eying it for a while but it was still new and the review of this laptop is quite little. i was a little hesitant to buy it as it was all the common review. but how come i decided to buy it? i also not too sure. as sure as i do know, it was as i told my mom " i dont think i will be buying it" in the car. but when i reached the shop "ok i'll buy it". something that i too dont understand. i not too sure if this is what it means by a rash decision.

anyway, its performing as good as it is a new laptop. there is no werid incident happening yet. and i do hope it do last me at least 5 years. cause i bought a 5 year warranty. apparently, its the latest thing that they do not include the original CD's in the package anymore. no idea why.

anyway, im glad i bought this laptop from Harvey Norman. at least i know i dont have to go all the way to some chinese guy and try to explain my laptop problem to him and expect him to fix it.

want to congratulate the prince william and kate on their marriage. its been a talk of the town, although been a week they been married, the newspaper is still printing their wedding pictures. so high profile...

catching up on bones.

from the day i came back from UK till yesterday, i've been up and chasing on bones. yeap.. up to season 6. and its just recently being watched in US.

im starting to be a Temperance Brennan fan. she is just lovely. ya just a character but its nice character.

while my sis and i were talking, we were just wondering if we can ya know, combine some show character.. and maybe solve the murder of Altantuya...

so looking at the facts, she was found blasted into bits... so we need the Jeffersonian team on this case... Bones to help out in checking on the bones... Angela can come in and draw the face and confirm thats its really her. then we would like Hodgins to find bugs and slimes to catch the murderer. then bring in Abby to help hodgins in the evidence part.

after that fact findings, sure we need a confession. of course we would bring in Dr. Cal Lightman as a body language expert. everyone seems to have their own words and we need a sieve to do all the sieving. Gibbs need to come in and do some investigative work and definately not with Bones. Gibbs can maybe head out together with Spencer the genius and can do profiling stuffs as well.

after all that hard evidence findings we need a laywer.... Alan shore. sure he abit hamsap but it would be fun to see some humor in the court house.. not like we arent getting enough.

so anyone else you guys wanna add onto the list of professional people to help out in the murder of altantuya? maybe can think of a list to help teoh beng hock as well.

although these characters are fictional, it would be fun to see them come in together and solve all this murder mess in malaysia.

i just returned back from UK.

conclusion, UK is for a place for retirement. i love the weather there (maybe cause i havent experience other weather except spring). people there is polite (more polite than the ones in malaysia), they say 'sorry' for almost everything.

i have around 400+ pictures on one camera, and i have another camera waiting to be unloaded and my camera phone yet to be downloaded.

maybe i just put up a few pictures here sooner?

went to watch football (westham vs. Aston villa) and unfortunately, im sitting at the home team and they lost 1-2. villa was doing awfully agressive after westham scored. and villa definately deserved the win.

my flight to UK is on saturday morning. so excited to sit the aeroplane. sure there are loads of aeroplane stories on how horrible is Airasia's service onboard, but heck... its gonna be one heck of an experience.

my 3rd time on the place. gonna be so excited. i loved the feeling of taking off and landing...

but 13 horus of flight is going to be exhausting. thinking of what to do when im on the plane.

Company A is a manufacturer for company B. one day, company B received a customer complaint from their distributing agent regarding a small problem. The problem is admitted by company A that it was their mistake and given company B some information to check upon. Man power is required to check as well as penalty charges to the customer complaint.

Is it necessary to inform company A that company B will claim them for the cost incurred before sending in the claim?

Or

Should company B just file a claim without first informing company A that they will be charged?

Please help me decide.

The science minister said cabinet did not review its position on the construction of two nuclear power plants when it met today.

Despite Japan facing a full-blown nuclear crisis, Malaysia remains undeterred in its ambitions to construct two 1,000 megawatt nuclear power plants.

Science, Technology, and Innovation Minister Maximus Johnity Ongkili said that at unless cabinet decides otherwise, the nuclear plans will continue.

He said that the government will be calling for tenders soon for an evaluation on the project which will look into its size, location and technology.

NONE“So until the cabinet decides (otherwise), in our opinion, it is our desire to (pursue) nuclear energy,” said Maximus.

He said this to reporters after chairing meeting with top ministry officials to brief them about cabinet's decision this morning.

However, Maximus said that cabinet did not discuss this matter.

Concerns on Malaysia's nuclear plans are growing after several nuclear reactors in Japan are on the brink of meltdown due to structural damage caused by a massive earthquake and tsunami which ravaged the country's northeastern coast last Friday.

Earlier this week, both Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Peter Chin remained non-committal when quizzed if Malaysia should proceed with its nuclear ambitions in view of the situation in Japan.

Chin had announced last December that Malaysia would be building two 1,000MW nuclear power plants to wean the country of its dependency on fossil fuels for electricity.

Malaysia is safe

Maximus said that the project is under Muhyiddin and Chin's purview and thus he is unsure of the deadline for the evaluation process.

He said that once an evaluation is completed, a report would be submitted to the cabinet for consideration.

azlan Meanwhile, Maximus said that radiation being emitted from the troubled Japanese nuclear reactors would not reach Malaysia as winds are bringing radioactive particles to the Pacific Ocean.

Maximus said that Malaysia's Environmental Radiation Monitoring System (ERMS) is currently monitoring six cities - Chuping, Ipoh, Api-api, Kuantan, Kudat and Senai - which recorded radiation levels of between 0.046 and 0.251 microsievert, which is considered harmless.

For comparison, a dental X-ray exposure would measure at about 10 microsievert.

As a percaution, the port authorities have began screening imports from Japan with radiation detection equipment.

This has begun since March 15 on orders of the Health Ministry. Maximus said that all food products arriving from Japan would need to be certified radiation free.

He urged the public to remain calm and not be swayed by rumours about radiation poisoning.

i bought a watch last saturday. my old watch decided to retire on me and i needed a watch to sleep at night with a light.

so i told myself to get a cheap watch, RM 50 would be nice.

i went to the shop and actually, i tried to ask the lady to repair my old one, but she said, the old one was beyond repair.

was abit hesitant, but in the end, i decided to go for a watch....

basically, i've boomed my polearm.. atk 98 accuracy 35... gone!!!! im at level 82 and i have NO polearm to use anymore thanks to potential scroll. *no pic cause i adi boom it*

so i desperately went to the market and look for a new polearm.. so there were two at reasonably priced...

one is lvl 90 hellslayer, atk 98. it has its potential revealed at 6% damage and avoid +36 (epic rank), going for 11mil.

the other is a lvl 90 hellslayer, atk 100. it has a hidden potential and its going for 10mil.

in the whole market, there is no level 80 polearm and the karstan which i was previously using is all clean and 5mil each. not worth at all...

so what i did was i bought the both lvl 90 hellslayer. damm kiasu. cause just incase i boom 1, i have another to back me up. but the problem is i dun haf polearm scroll and besides that, I CANT USE IT CAUSE I AM ONLY LVL 82!!!!

looks like i needa chiong and look for meso to buy polearm scrolls... currently at market, 30% is going for 29mil. 10% is going for 10mil if i not wrong.. or i din see wrongly.

anyway.. i need to work harder and not be tempted to boom anymore eq's..

Our malaysian team did us good on the AFF Suzuki cup... we won Indonesia on a 4-2 aggregrate. pretty good i would say... although we wont make it to the world cup, winning this cup is good enough to get us a public holiday. i wonder what will happen if we actually made it to the world cup finals ._.

watching a jdrama called H2, it seems that in all typical love story, or any story for that matter, there would be a love triangle. i hate it seriously... why? like so indecisive. i hate people who cant decide what they want.

then there are some people who are stalkers... gosh... like in every show, must have a stalker.

My baby is ALMOST dead... its not working.

it all started by the USB which is unable to read. so i restart the laptop a few times. after two times of restarting, it decided to go blank and not load my desktop... i tried restarting a few times and i decided to reformat my laptop.

so i boot from CD... it works.... BUT

i cannot reformat it... apparently when it runs reformatting half way, my laptop shuts down automatically. i read online, they said its overheated... but i put the fan blowing it directly.... but it still shuts down. right now, i get a NTLDR error everytime i switch it on...

the solution online for a NTLDR error is so chim i dun understand a word.

funnily, i explained to Awangy and he gave me one word to describe this whole situation...

COMPLICATED!!!!!

Being a digi user since prepaid, its disappointing to know that digi users are unable to make a video call to maxis users. ironically, maxis users can make video calls to digi users. whats the point of buying a smart phone and having a 3.5g line if i am unable to utilise the features and functions of the phone and upgrades of line? might as well i stick to using the low end phone that only does calls and sms. i am a loyal digi customer and i demand a justifiable reply.

few hours later... around 2.30pm, my mom woke up.... she then went to the shower and even washed her hair.... barely an hour later, she is back in the room after drying her hair.

i asked her is she THAT tired?

she said yeap... and the weather is so damm hot she no mood to do anything.

fyi, she just came back from a 3 day 2 night team building trip which serves 6 meals a day. apparently according to her, for breakfast one of the dishes was hashbrowns, and then for lunch, and dinner, they saw the same hashbrowns being served to them... only difference, it was cut into two along side salads...

i remember last year... the smart government made a decision that all cars should or MUST have rear seat belt. or not kena saman.

so...

everyone paniced and rushed to the nearest service center and try to get it fixed. when i actually get through the call center, my appointment was booked to 3rd July 2010. yeap.. i called them in 2009. that is how efficient Malaysian mechanics are. apparently, they can only fix around 6 cars with seat belt. dunno why ._.

so the fateful day is today.... i woke up slightly late. because the appointment time was at 8.00 am. none the less, i made it in time with 10 minutes to spare. *i got brush teeth k*

so then 8am the door open and the guy said, work start at 8.30am....

nvm.. wait summore...

after that, i handed in my application and the lady same to inspect my car.

after checking my car boot, and what nots, she said

"kereta ini tak ada besi untuk letak seat belt, so kamu tak perlu buat seat belt. kita akan bagi satu sticker"

i was like ._.

since its like 8.45am, information travels slower to the brain cause im still in lala land... and after while i was like... WTH?

i woke up early on a NON WORKING SATURDAY to go to the service center to discover that my car model do not have the proper body to install the seat belt.

i dont get it.. when i call for appointment, they ask for my car model. why cant they decide there and then that i dun have to come. and they will send me the stupid sticker?

Had steamboat dinner today. the crab was superb. i was chomping down the crab 1 by 1 and i think i almost tapau the whole plate of crab. it was their signature crab and its cooked in XO sauce. the place? Chen ChenHo steamboat. its near jusco opposite the 3 and a half story bungalow semi-D house. :D

price is not bad... for 6 ppl with steamboat portion of 4, one plate of lala and one plate of crab is only RM 21 pax. we also chowed down teapots of pu-er tea.

i was kinda made to organise ah wei's gathering and i thought it would be nice if we were to have a dinner somewhere with the kids and spouses etc...

dont forget, i have to deal with Spirulina (yeap... changed her name from Orochimaru. and since spirulina is pregnant, she tend to give out this aura of importance. but im really trying to be on talking terms with her so things would not be SO DAMM obvious.

anyway, i did asked around where they would like to go. so at first, i suggested to go to Tony Romas @ sunway pyramid, then spirulina suggested that we should go to Soul garden @ plaza pantai.

the ONE thing people in my dept is that they are not very good at public transport and they hate KL traffic and they absolutely LOVE good food. not to mention, their work depends on their tongue.

obviously, the place in debate is just the two above. finally when i was just about to do the booking, Spirulina and skinny chicken decided to pull a stunt saying they have 'kenduri' to attend to. so we decided to change the location and day to suit everyone.

the deciding day is on a sunday, which coincide with my birthday. then my lovely HOD asked me where to eat. my expression was #_# "i tot tony romas?" but i din say it out la. there were talks to go back to Hayatt Regency but i was kinda reluctant as they been there twice. so i decided to propose a few...
1. Sunway hotel & Resort
2. Jogoya
3. Renaissance Hotel
4. Shang-ri-la Hotel.

obviously, they are all located in KL and note.. they HATE KL traffic. so its down to sunway hotel. its a blessing that the restaurant is offering a 40% discount on top of their normal price of RM 65++. after discount, the net price pax is RM 44.85.

so while i was asking confirmation on the number of pax i should be booking, Spirulina told Skinny chicken that she was reluctant to go to sunway to eat cause of dunno what ass reasons. heard it was something like ' no entertainment for her almost 2 years old son' yea... incase she dont know, plaza pantai doesnt have any entertainment either. and so since she is NOT IN TALKING TERMS WITH ME for some stupid old reason, she did not tell me how many pax is she bringing to the dinner, assuming that I should know.

after finishing being pissed with her, i decided to book 29 pax of adults and 6 children.... then come Capt. Obvious. she suddenly 'heard' that we having a gathering and decided to 'join' in. incase you dont know, YOU ARE NOT INVITED! but of course i din say that la... she called me last minute telling me she wants to join in and i give her the 10 cents tone of voice.

its supposed to be a Department gathering and now its not. now its our department + 1 insect. ~_~ *oh wait.. imma insect too* ><

of course i cant deny her entry... or not surely my lovely HOD will know and btw, its NOT me sucking up on my HOD. after all, some would say its just dinner...

im taking my camera with me... i wonder how would pictures turn up with spirulina and TehFly side by side... not to mention capt. obvious.

Alcohol Vs. Water

To everyone who enjoys a glass of wine.. and those who don't..

Dear Earth hour fanatics...

i greatly appreciate your enthusiasms to celebrate the earth's hour by switching off your lights for 1 hour on 27th March from 8.30-9.30pm... however, isnt it illogical to 'celebrate' earth hour when

1. you switch off your lights but then... your air condition unit is on and blowing out cool breeze air because the night is hot?
2. you switch off your lights but then... you are blasting your home theater unit with surround sound system speakers?
3. you switch off your lights but then... you switch on your table lamp?
4. you switch off your lights but then... you are on the Guinness world book of records for the longest time not switching off your desktop pc?

seriously... if you are taking earth hour seriously, it means saving the earth. and incase you dont know what it means by 'saving the earth', it means to reduce your carbon footprint.

everyone has carbon footprint, even so, i do have them. i own a laptop, a car and heck... i pass out gas from my ass... but even so, i do try to practice earth hour everyday.

for some people who are screaming 'earth hour switch off your lights' on facebook status updates, or twitter or wherever you may be screaming your minds off... and all those 'event invites' on facebook and constant reminding to participate on earth hour, you people are plain hypocrite.

whats the point of switching off your lights when switching off your aircond unit gives a more sounding effect to global warming?

oh yea.. forgot to mention that when you switch off the lights, people in the space can see the 'effect' of earth hour... is that how you 'measure' your care for the earth?

in malaysia, the newspaper has been screaming of drought in few places... why not stop water wastage and river pollution? they are all part of earth too... those green forest, illegal logging should also be stopped.

the malaysian government has made a pledge to cut carbon emision by 2020 is progressing very very slowly. Malaysia currently ranked 56th in the world for carbon emission. and here goes our dear PM screaming 40% cut in carbon emission by 2020 when he gave his speech at the Copenhagen climate change summit 2008.

oh not to forget, the amount of electricity wasted for the whole year cannot be compensated with 1 hour of switching off your lights...

so instead of screaming 'earth hour!!!' you should be more considerate with the environment... whats the point of switching off your lights for 1 hour on march 27th when the other 8759 hours is wasted.

considering the sleep hours per day is 8, that leaves.... 5840 hours left with the lights switched on, air conditioning unit switched on, desktops and laptops switched on... sad to say, some even leave them switched on throughout the night.

do you know, switching off electrical appliances can save your money as it would lead to lower electricity bills?

oh and here you also go on ranting about having not enough to spend...

so instead of just screaming earth hour, we should be screaming earth everyday. practice minimal electricity usage.

Incase you dont know, switching off the aircond unit for a few hours is not going to cause you to melt...

feeling sick recently.. havent been feeeling like this since.. i cant remember when. ><

our Panel doctor, the one which is free and i dont have to pay sucks.

i mean, seriously:

Doc: whats the matter?
TehFly: im having diarrohea since morning
Doc: what did u eat?
TehFly: it happened at 5.30am when i was sleeping ._. my stomach was churning
Doc: what did u eat?
TehFly: for dinner u mean?
Doc: Ya
TehFly: rice + chicken nuggets + brocolli with mushrooms + 1 bowl of chicken soup
Doc: ok. i'll give u some meds.. do u want MC? or u can work?
TehFly: ERM... im ok wan geh.. just every 20 mins i needa go toilet...
Doc: ok. i give u MC, better do it at the house toilet than the factory toilet. you can leave now.

when i came home, i was having fever so i downed 2 tablets of panadol and slept it off. dad say no fan cause i needa sweat off the fever... so smart of me to sleep on my parents bed. i sweat all over their bed. LOL >.<

then when my mom came back, we went to another clinic... this time, its somewhat like our family doc.

Doc: So what happened to you?
TehFly: i had diarrohea since morning. then i went to the panel doctor and he gave me this bunch of meds.... then i went home, take meds, sleep and get fever, took panadol but i still feel uncomfortable.
Doc: ok... *started taking my blood pressure* make sure u dont drink milk, or any milk based stuff.. you can drink isotonic drink or sprite or tea... but make sure u dont de-gas it. Go lie down and take ur temperature.

then the doc started to palpate my stomach and asking me where is painful and where is ok. touched my lymphnodes, and shook my head dunno for wad... and listen to my heart beat and what nots.. even told me to stick out my tongue to check for dehydration.

Doc: i will give u some antibiotics to clear the infection, and some prebiotics to replenish your gut.

seriously, if every doctor was like my family doc, i dont have to suffer so much and get more sick.

my conclusion, the panel doc just hand out MC like no body's business... just for the sake of it.. i wonder how much he will charge my company. he given me 1 strip of charcoal tablets, 1 strip of vomitting tablets, 1 bunch of imodium, 1 bunch of 'sakit perut' tablets... i am currently oni taking the charcoal tablets.. other stuffs i not even eating cause ONE dose is enough @_@.. dunno why give so many tablets.

Cuepacs Concerned About Female Dominance

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 22 (Bernama) -- Cuepacs is concerned about the increasing dominance of female employees in the civil service as it will have long-term implications on the progress and growth of the country.

Its secretary-general, Ahmad Shah Mohd Zin, said on Monday that the trend now was that more and more women officers were being appointed to important decision-making posts.

For example, almost three quarters of the new posts in the administrative and diplomatic service were being filled by women, he said, adding that this was contrary to the present government policy to reserve only 30 per cent of decision-making posts for women.

The teaching profession was also dominated by women, he added.

According to Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr S.Subramaniam, the ratio of male and female teachers was 30:70.

Ahmad Shah said that while Cuepacs appreciated the government's gender equality policy, it nevertheless wanted it to be implemented with great care so as not to upset the balance between male and female employees.

He said both males and females had their own strengths and weaknesses and they should c each other for the good of the service.

Meanwhile, the National Union of the Teaching Profession (NUTP) secretary-general, Puan Lok Yim Pheng, said that although there were more women teachers the decision-making process in the education service was dominated by men.

She said women teachers were performing very well and providing quality education to children.

She suggested that the ministry recruit more male teachers in certain areas like sports, physical education, and co-curriculum, saying that the ideal would be a 50-50 ratio for male and female teachers.

Chinese new year... nothing interesting to say actually. Just that i spent the public hols playing maple and eatting oni. @_@ i need to start going on an excercise and lose all the CNY fats >.<

also, the SEAGuild will be planning a trip down south to visit Karen aka Wyanet on her 4th child. date is not fixed yet but its in April. will need to get Chloe to confirm when will she have semester break and when it ends.

I am also contemplating to celebrate my birthday in Singapore. But to do that, it means that the trip must be at the end of the month... which my birthday is on the last sunday of the month...

Few days ago i was trying to get hold of Ba Gua but was only listening to voicemails. it gotten annoying and irritating. yea. she and i became distant after awhile but heck.. she's the one who insist on NOT answering my calls and blame me for not trying to be a friend.....

so anyway, i wanted to pass her something and so i sms to inform her of my intentions. she didnt reply me but after tired of waiting for her, i told her i'll be dropping by TODAY to give it to her.

well what do u know.. she replied me ~_~

im not surprised. infact, i knew she would. why? cause i forced her to that why. she said i was stuborn and bla bla bla.. which actually isnt my fault. im not in the right to justify my action, but hers is more irritating.

anyway, after heck of time wasted arguing with her over text messages, i went over to drop the items. and then she told me "i tot you would ignore me"

HECK! she was the one doing all the ignoring. i just got tired of arguing with her and decided not to reply her anymore.

few days later, she text messaged me all nice and warm up to me. but it sounded fake. it sounded like it wasnt her.

suddenly i realise... she was trying very hard till it was slightly too fake. should i be worried she read this? i guess i should.. but then again... its an expression of thought.

afterall, according to her, im a stuborn, selfish and ignorant person who does things that only benefit myself and refuses to listen to other people's view and opinion.

I was with my family at SS15 MC Donalds. mom decided to eat MCD.. cause it was 1pm and the price was Rm 5.95.

so we decided to go to one on the way back from church.. stop by at SS15, just besides Inti, Near to Starbucks and metropolitan college. so there, we saw ~~kids~~ college students trying to be cool and study in the MCD environment.

first of all.. how to study when u keep smelling food and rancid oil?
secondly, how to study with all the people walking in and out of the outlet?

anwyay... i think if you are a student and trying to study, you should head to the library.. or maybe confine urself to your room.. instead of having a drinking session at MCD and crowd the place... kononnye with the books on the table you will study.

i looked to the group infront of us.. 3 girls all have calculus books opened up right infront of them but they keep talking about music and whatnots... when there was silence, the girls are 'thinking' of their maths problem.. think so long the pen was not moving.. suddenly they decide to get a burger ,_,

the group on the left... kinda rowdy bunch of boys... they are reading some stuffs but then decided to talk about i have no idea what...

another problem is i dont get it.. parents send their kids to college for a better education.. they study in english but they converse in chinese? im not against chinese language besides the fact that i cant speak mandarin well.. infact, im somewhat ok in my chinese... with a dash of angmoh slang speaking.

but the fact is... why send your kids to such high class place like Taylors and Inti and private colleges when your kids still grow up speaking 1/2 ripen english? abit the waste of ~~meso~~ money...

i recall when i was in TAR college, there was a campaign to speak english.. all the staffs in the office are suppose to speak english.. needless to say, there are little progress at the counter cause the students there speak half broken english and the staff also speak half broken english.. as a result? the line in the counter gets so long that they needa scrape that campaign.

Mouse said that some chinese are so proud of their chinese that they look down on those bananas (like me) who cannot speaking like them. they said "why you chinese but dont know how to speaking chinese?"

Mouse fired back "You are malaysian rite? why your malay is worst than your english?"

i think our education system is regressing... to the point that the government have to switch teaching maths and science to malay again... fear of failing exams? kids learn faster than adults... so why the fear?

we all adpoted the kiasu attitude from Singapore... thats why the government screw up our education system.. now they wanna make it single vernacular... just cant they stop screwing up?

im not going to say my english is so damm perfect i should get a medal... but at least i am trying to get my chinese workable too... i dont see those chinese speaking people trying to speak english?

well.. maybe cause im so sepet i cant see them trying?

sometimes it sucks if you talk to someone who cannot converse properly with you in english... sometimes i feel people thinks the same thing to me when they speak chinese to me...

at least TehFly is trying rite?

the person i forgot wad name introduced himself. he is indian i think (by the sound of him) and he was apologizing about the complaint. and i went on and on talking about customer service, how go improve, and the attitude of the people.

He was kind enough to say "we can give you a voucher on monday" then i said "its not about the voucher, its a service you giving to the people"

in the end "i would like to call you on monday and arrange some free pizza to come over your place on monday or tuesday during lunch time"

This dude was nice. he sounded apologetic, i dunno how i sound like when i just woke up. @_@ i told him a lecture that my HOD told me. How one's attitude at work can affect other people. i told him working shouldnt be like a robot, and he should know how to work efficiently to serve the food. i told him work not for the sake of work but its to make sure ppl get their food.

i told him what ah wei told me" the pizza is like kayu" and he agreed with me O_o

maybe cause it was 11am and he woke me up, my engine havent kickstart so i talk so soft and in good words.

best part is i said" im not sure if this is your first complaint but it definately is not the first time i receive a late delivery" and he said "yes we have received complaints before about this matter"

FINALLY!! if they have received complaints about this matter... i hope they can seriously improve on their delivery service.

lastly, thanks to him, im awake tying this.

Hope he calls me on monday /tuesday for free pizza.

Nagging the right way

Im an avid fan of Dominos Pizza... infact, when they launched their NY crust, i so love it, i will recommend it to everyone. >_<

so today, if u guys got read my FB, i posted a note, about the similar event, Pizza....

I was asked to get some lunch for some of the visitors at work today and Dominos cannot deliver to my office cause its 'out of their boundary' so.. maybe i might petition them to include my office as their boundary. >_<

I ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 garden salad to be sent to my company around 11.45am via the hotline number. I was told that the pizza will arrive at 12.30noon. At 12.45pm when my pizza had not arrived yet, I called the hotline to check on my order and the lady told me the delivery boy have left the outlet at 12noon. When I ask for clarification, the lady told me that the branch manager will contact me.

Eventually, the brand manager contacted me and told me that there was some problem with the outlet and the delivery boy just left the outlet and he was carrying two delivery. That was at 1pm. I waited for another 15 minutes before the boy arrived at my place. when asking the boy why he was late, his excuse was that he were to deliver at 2 separate location.

However, the 1st delivery took a long time as he could not find the address and wind up on a wild goose hunt. He mentioned that he tried calling them but there were no reply. In the end, I were at the losing end. I asked for compensation and was told to get the RM 5 off voucher. However he did not give us any voucher to compensate. It was totally not professional for the branch manager to give a white lie that there is some hold up at the outlet rather to tell us the fact that the driver got lost while delivering another order.

I am sure that the outlet manager would have contacted the delivery boy for some clarification on the matter. It was regrettable that the pizza came cold and soggy from the vapor. I could not imagine what our clients were thinking when we served them half soaked pizza. The delivery boy should have know how to manage time, if he cannot locate the location of the 1st delivery he should have move on to the next delivery and then re-contact them.

I can dare to say that I would not have been embarrassed if I ordered via Dominos' Pizza, your rival company."

Lately there has been so much going on that i need to adjust to.

All my players on Fantasy Football is not performing as it should! I have 0 chelsea player on my list and suddenly chelsea go on a scoring streak ~_~||

I also started to read this new manga called Tgeami Bachi. Its a very interesting piece of work. introduced to me by Diregirl. seems that there is a anime adaptation to it too... havent looked into it yet though.

I was given a new assignment at work and its very interesting =p

I was asked to look into colours. Natural colours to be exact and i stumbled onto something called Cochineal, Carmine, Carminic acid (E120)

According to the source i was looking into, Cochineal is a type of colour obtained from insects... yes... they are NATURAL colours from the INSECT itself.

Yea.. u see those not so cute red stuff on the cactus... thats the Cochineal insect!

how did they do it?

to sum up the website i read, first they harvest the insects... dry it and pound it! YES THEY POUND THAT INSECT into tiny bits they call POWDER! now they sell them to everyone who needs this colour. @_@

Last time, they use this colour in clothes dye etc.. now its in food! eeewwwwwuuuuuuu.. but yea.. lol... so better watch out what kinda colour is in ur food! especially those preserved fruits... @_@ the colour is so godly that u dunno what insect u are eating @_@

Just for your info, you can actually know whether they are using this Cochineal colour just by reading the ingredients list. it should be declared what colour they are using in food... well... their international code is E120. so please.. if you dont mind eating insects, go ahead.. but if you really grossed out like i am, stay away from this colour code E120.
